All our juices are preservative-free. We extend their shelf life solely through the pasteurization process, which is much more natural and friendly to both juice and health.
Each batch of our juice is a story in itself and is never exactly the same, because the fruit is never exactly the same either.
The apple juice called "Dere sen jaz mali bija" does not have an organic certificate, although the apples are never sprayed or fertilized with artificial fertilizers and no pesticides are used. These are apples from high-trunk orchards, where animals graze, children play or simply grass grows to be used for animal feed during the winter. These are apples from many Prlekija farms where out of respect for natural heritage and nature itself, the trees are not cut down but rather nurtured and the apples harvested so that we can make first-class juice from them, just as our ancestors. Nothing is added to this juice and nothing is taken away, as it is not filtered.
